Kew Gardens: Tree Tales

Tree Tales is a celebration of UK native Trees. Tree Tales is a youth-led storytelling and environmental learning programme celebrating UK native trees through creativity, exploration, and narrative.
Using a storytelling-led learning approach, young people explore the natural world, connect stories to place, and develop creative confidence through hands-on making and reflection.
The A in Steam
A IN STEAM is a storytelling-led learning approach embedded across our community programmes. It uses creativity, environmental exploration, and hands-on making to support young people to build confidence, curiosity, and understanding of the world around them.
Through structured, participatory learning experiences, young people explore stories, connect them to real-world environments, and develop skills linked to creative, environmental, and future pathways.

Tales and Nature Trails is a nature-based storytelling programme that connects children and young people with the environment through exploration, imagination, and creative learning.

Objects and Connections is a cultural memory project exploring the lived experiences, stories, and personal objects of the Windrush Generation and their descendants.
Through storytelling and creative participation, the project supports intergenerational reflection, cultural preservation, and shared understanding of identity and history.
